Smooth, Reflective, Polished Finishes
For panels which have been machined into a shape or with rebates, chamfers, etc, flame polishing is the ideal process for removing the machine marks and leaving a smooth and highly reflective polished finish. Denny Plastics have the latest in flame polishing technology and are able to polish up to 12mm of material in a single pass, removing the need for multiple sweeps and the risk of sweep marks.
